Peter Young can also be booked as a professional Cabaret Act.
Peter Young as Peter Young
Peter started singing semi professional back in 1989 under the pseudonym 'Davy Johns' and up till 1994/5 when, after the death of his father, almost retired. After a few months he had a rethink and teamed up with a friend to form a duo named 'Tribute2' then in 1997 after the duo had run its course he took a sabaticle from entertainment. Firstly he managed a public house in Rochdale then after an incident moved to the south coast to retrain as a manager with Martins Newsagents in Merrow Guildford. Again after an incident on New years day morning he came close to losing his life after having his throat slit in a botched robbery. Peter decided to pick up a mic again and firstly sang part time whilst doing different jobs in the daytime. Since 2007 when he started performing as Peter Young his vocals have gone from strength to strength. Though his dates are mostly taken up with performing Meat Loaf he does still do the odd performances as himself. Along with his witty humour and cheeky manner he delights his audiences young and old.
